Returns, Exchanges & Policies
Thank you so much for shopping our small, family run business! We make each piece by hand, right here in our Utah studio. We want you to LOVE your new piece of jewelry and offer several options below to make that happen if it isn't quite what you had in mind.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for refunds, exchanges, or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. This policy does not apply to custom + personalized pieces which are final sale. Jewelry must be unused + unworn, and returned in the original packaging.
If you opted IN for Redo, our Free Return + Package Protection upgrade at checkout, you can start your return or exchange through our Customer Portal.
For orders protected with REDO:
- If you choose to return for store credit, a free pre-paid shipping label will be provided and the credit will be issued upon receiving the item back in our studio.
- If you choose the return for a refund, a free pre-paid shipping label will be provided and the refund will be issued upon receiving the item back in the studio.
- If you choose to exchange your item for a new size or different style, a free pre-paid shipping label will be provided and you will be able to shop directly on the site for your new piece.
If you opted OUT of Redo, we still accept returns + exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date (with the exception of personalized + custom jewelry), but you will responsible for shipping costs, and any original shipping costs will be non-refundable. Please message us directly at hello@noliajewelry.com to begin the process.
For orders not protected with REDO:
- If you choose to return for store credit, you can mail the item back to us and once it arrives in our studio, we will issue you store credit for the amount owed.
- If you choose to return for a refund, you can mail the item back to us and once it arrives in our studio, we will issue you a refund minus a $4 restocking fee.
- If you choose to exchange your item for a different size, you can mail the item back to us and once it arrives in our studio, we will send you out your new requested piece. If there is a negative price difference, we can issue you the difference in the form of a gift card. If there is a positive price difference, we will send you an invoice prior to creating your new order.
- International Orders: we gladly accept returns on non-custom/non-personalized international orders within 30 days of the delivery date. However, please note that we do not accept exchanges and that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of the return shipping on international orders. Warranty
We offer a 6 month warranty on our gold filled + sterling silver jewelry and a 1 year warranty on our solid gold jewelry, starting from the delivery date of your order. After that time, we still offer repairs, but there may be a small repair fee.
The warranty includes:
- Clasp breaking .
- Chain disconnecting from clasps or rings .
- Chain breaking in the middle of the chain without excess force being applied (aka caught on something, yanked off, etc. This can be determined by the presence of stretched chain links, and will void the warranty).
The warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items or charms. It is important to note that all of our charms are removable, so that you are able to switch up and add more charms at your own convenience. This also means that you need to take extra care when taking off and putting on your charm necklaces/bracelets, so that the charms do not slide off and become lost.
- Tarnish: firstly, it is important to note that solid gold will not tarnish, so this does not apply to solid gold jewelry. Gold filled and rose gold filled are long lasting, waterproof + tarnish resistant, but there are still extra steps that need to be taken to ensure that your gold filled pieces last as long as possible. - Broken chains due to excessive force (this can be determined by the presence of stretched chain links, and will void the warranty).

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the whole item + a clear photo of where the defect is on the item, along with your warranty request.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our quick turn around time, we are unable to accept cancellations. Chances are, by the time you message us about cancelling an order, we've already begun the creation process. Please refer to the Returns + Exchanges sections above for more information on your options once you receive your order.
RUSH REQUESTS
We are a small team and already work as quickly as possible to get your handcrafted jewelry out to you as soon as we are able. Due to this, we are usually unable to guarantee rush order requests. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate if possible. However it cannot be guaranteed. During sales + holidays, we are unable to accept any rush order requests and orders will be created and shipped in the order we receive them and within the quoted processing times which are updated here.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
At this time, we do not offer price adjustments. No price adjustments will be made on orders that missed a sale. Codes need to be used at the time of purchase to qualify for a discount. Thank you for your understanding!
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined at checkout, or retroactively applied once the order has been placed.
FREE GIFTS
We will occasionally include a free gift during sales or promotion periods. Any piece that is included in an order as a free gift, will not be eligible for return, exchange, or adjustment.
THIRD PARTY SALES
We are unable to process returns + exchanges for NOLIA Jewelry purchased through third party retailers. Please contact the retailer you purchased your piece from to learn about their individual policies.
CHILD SAFETY WARNING
NOLIA Jewelry does not recommend jewelry for children as they contain small parts that may become loose and present a choking hazard. If you choose to purchase jewelry for a child, please make sure it is worn only under adult supervision.
