I was so pleased when my order came. Nolia’s customer service was amazing and so responsive and accommodating to my questions and requests! I got this pair and the chain loop earring set and wore them every day for a few weeks. Shortly after receiving them, I got two helix piercings that I had to clean daily. After a few days, I noticed my Nolia earrings turning green in the back. I’m assuming this was from the peroxide dripping onto the back of them while cleaning my new piercings? I took them to my local jewelry store for a cleaning but it did not help and I am no longer able to wear them.
Sorry to hear you are no longer able to wear them, they are one of our favorite dainty earrings! Yes, it was from the peroxide... it is very damaging and corrosive to gold filled and sterling silver. We've sent you an email! :)
