HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your favorite metal.
2. Choose how many heart charms you'd like.
3. Let us know in the Personalization Box what initials you'd like stamped on each charm, or if you'd prefer to leave them blank. We will stamp the initials in uppercase, unless specifically requested otherwise. We strongly recommend uppercase for this piece due to it's small size.
DETAILS
- Made at 18" unless otherwise requested.
- Each heart is 5mm across.
- Available in 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled, sterling silver, solid 14k yellow gold or solid 14k rose gold.
- Lobster clasp and chain extender are optional upgrades.
- Charm compatible: this chain is compatible with our add-on charms!

Our normal processing time is 2-4 business days, but can vary slightly around holidays and sales. This is the amount of time it takes to handcraft your jewelry prior to shipping. Please check here for our current and up to date processing times.
SHIPPING
- Our FREE shipping option is through USPS First Class mail (domestic only), which usually takes about 3-6 business days to arrive once shipped. For any important shipping news, please check here.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you need it quicker! Please note that these upgrades will only expedite the shipping time. The current processing time will remain the same.
- International orders can ship via USPS or DHL. Shipping options available during checkout.
Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS
- We happily accept returns for a refund or store credit as long as the piece is shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that personalized and custom jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, most items are eligible for one free resize.
