Very beautiful and customer service was incredibly helpful! The 13mm is a great size, but the thinness of the pendant makes me nervous of breaking. There are even impressions of the engraving that can be seen on the backside because of how thin the pendant it. Overall very beautiful!
Very good experience, pretty necklace and a delicate pendant with a well defined print on it. I do wish I had gotten a long chain but I'll enjoy wearing this either way. The presentation of the jewelry was simply lovely as well. I will definitely buy from them again.

The necklace itself is beautiful. I purchased the necklace plus an additional charm. They were purchased at the same time. The additional charm did not come attached. I assumed it would since I purchased at the same time. I do not have the stuff to attach it so I will have to get the stuff. Love my necklace, just be aware.

I received my order as described however I was disappointed with how small the design is on the pendant. The pendant is only 13mm. I think it would have been okay if the design took up the entire space, but the flower is so small. I can barely tell what the design is even while I'm wearing it. The pendant is also extremely thin, maybe 3mm. I also found the necklace clasp hard to open and the chain caught on my hair a lot
I love my birth flower necklace. it's a very nice size and the flower is subtle but you can see it if you look. I added a small charm and the lobster clasp and am very happy with the look.
